A rare pattern from the South Hylton and Ford Potteries (John Dawson) of Sunderland. Produced on tea wares and printed in medium to dark blue. A seated boy shows a bird's nest to a standing girl and her dog, set in a parkland with a large house in the distance and framed by a border of flowers and scrolls on a stippled ground.
