The sinuous pattern of bright orange marigolds works well on this square Leda shape dish. Introduced in 1934, by the late 30s it took over from Crocus as the best selling design. Earlier 'Bizarre' pieces made prior to 1936 are harder to find. For more details visit my website Premier Antiques
