Maling Jumbo ware

Some of the most sought after of Maling pieces are the 'Jumbo' teapots and cups and saucers from the 1920s and 30s. They were decorated with designs such as chintz or willow pattern and sometimes even rarer designs crop up. It's thought that many of these were made primarily as show pieces to encourage new clients and certainly local tea rooms would often display them in their windows.
