A lovely Wemyss cabbage roses plate painted by Edwin Sandland who worked at the Fife pottery as chief decorator from 1916 to 1928. He came from a long line of master potters (his father owned Sandlands Ltd) and was influential in developing the more jazzy Wemyss style of the 1920s. For more details visit Premier Antiques
