| Royal Doulton 'Egyptian - Tutankhamen's Treasures' c1925 |
A rare Royal Doulton series from 1911, which after 1922 often has 'Tutankhamen's Treasures Luxor' added to the design. It's interesting to note the old spelling of Tutankhamun. The series was withdrawn by 1929. Here is a fantastic Concord shape jug which works beautifully with the ancient Egyptian themes and motifs. For more details see Premier Antiques
