Initially just one decorator, Ethel Barrow, produced Crocus, but as orders grew a separate 'crocus shop' was established and Ethel began training other young painters how to do the pattern. Subsequently there were many colour variations, including Purple Crocus, Blue Crocus, Sungleam Crocus and Spring Crocus. For a good selection visit my website Premier Antiques
