Royal Doulton - Country Garden Series
A colourful series introduced by Royal Doulton in 1929, depicting several views of a summer garden featuring different country characters in the background. Most pieces have 1930s impressed dates and the series would seem to have been withdrawn circa 1940 (the war probably stopped production). For more details see Premier Antiques
