An early (first year of production) example of 'Rip Van Winkle B' showing 'The Draught of Hollands', one of seven known scenes in this series which was introduced in 1907 and withdrawn by 1928. Based on Washington Irving's version of the old folk tale where a man drinks a magic potion of Hollands Gin and sleeps for twenty years. For more details see Premier Antiques
