A lovely Shorter jug of embossed fish in a seascape, produced in the 19th century in majolica glazes then updated in the 1920s and 30s with art deco colours. The moulds were also occasionally used by Clarice Cliff (Wilkinson's and the Newport Pottery were part of the Shorter group) and given the Bizarre look. For more details visit my website
