I've not seen one of these iconic Art Deco racing car teapots in such good condition for ages. This one's in a vivid apple green with the trim picked out in platinum. Made by Sadlers from c1935, the early ones have only 'Made in England' and 'Registered No. 820236' moulded on the base. Made for a while after the war, the later versions also have the printed 'Sadlers' mark and the colours tend to be muted.
With the logo OKT42 on the front and back number plates it's a classic collector's teapot from c1937. For more details visit
