| Royal Doulton 'Rustic England' Empire State Vase D5694 c1936 |
A lovely Royal Doulton shape 7349 posy vase, sometimes called the Empire State vase because of the finned art deco shape. The 'Rustic England' series was designed by W E Grace in 1936 and featured twelve scenes of rural life in old England. The vase depicts three girls who've been gathering twigs climbing over a stile.
