Clarice Cliff Bizarre 'Delecia Citrus' Daffodil Preserve Pot c1932

A superb daffodil shape preserve pot with finned lid, boldly painted in 'Delecia Peaches', a design of orange and yellow fruit set against 'delecia' runnings which work beautifully on this classic art deco shape introduced in 1932. Similar to 'Delecia Citrus' but the leaves are just light green (instead of green and blue) and the yellow fruit have a crescent shape drawn on them. For more details see Premier Antiques
